KARONGI LTD, acting as an intermediary between clients and hotels, property owners, or tourism service providers.
2. Role of the Company
TOURISME INFORMATION KARONGI LTD operates solely as a booking and intermediation platform.
Services are provided directly by hotels, property owners, or activity providers, who set their own cancellation
policies.
3. Cancellation Conditions
The applicable cancellation conditions are those defined by each provider. These conditions are clearly displayed
on each listing before booking and payment. By confirming a reservation, the client accepts the provider’s
specific terms.
4. Strict Policy (General Reference)
Many partners apply a strict policy, which may include: free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival; 50%
refund between 14 and 7 days; no refund less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show. These conditions
may vary and only the listing details are binding.
5. Modification and Cancellation
Any request for modification or cancellation must be made via the platform and is subject to the provider’s
approval. Additional fees may apply.
6. Payment and Refunds
Payments may be processed on behalf of providers. Refunds, if applicable, follow the provider’s policy and are
typically processed within 5 to 15 business days.
7. No-show and Delays
No-shows are treated according to the provider’s policy, usually without refund. In case of delay, service is not
guaranteed.`
8. Force Majeure
In case of force majeure, conditions depend on the provider. The company may assist with rescheduling or credit
but does not guarantee refunds.
9. Liability
TOURISME INFORMATION KARONGI LTD is not responsible for the execution of services or provider specific conditions.
10. Acceptance
By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and accepts the cancellation conditions stated on the listing.
11. Disputes
Disputes should first be resolved amicably. Failing that, they fall under the jurisdiction of Rwandan courts.
